ATACX GYM KENPO DELAYED SWORD RADIUS R.D.L. 2

This video really shows far more realistic attacks than what most Kenpoists use for their Delayed Sword, and I show how to easily secure wristlocks with our counter. I also make it a point to show how the angle of our chops and direction of our kicks move our enemy to exactly where we want him/her/them, and I show the options in our strikes that achieve the results that we want. We have another one upcoming covering how to use Delayed Sword on the ground and vs various weapons, and again proving how we use all the relevant kenpo concepts and principles to those who want to to know exactly how and why what we do squares with the ideas of kenpo.

RASHAD'S FIRST ALTERNATING MACES RADIUS R.D.L. VS PUNCHES LESSON AT END ...

Rashad is a very impressive kid. He hasn't been back to practice for MONTHS and my training paradigm had him doing this inside of 5 minutes. And to prove that his results aren't a fluke? I'm going to record 4 new and newly returned students learning ALTERNATING MACES vs pushes, punches, kicks, grabs, tackles, weapons...and applying strikes takedowns knee rides ATACX GYM kenpo gnp locks chokes and escapes against all of these. From different positions and disadvantaged positions. In a 360 degree circle. ON THEIR FIRST DAY LEARNING THIS SEQUENCE.

ATACX GYM Capoeira: U-Punch & Kick

This is a really slick entry to the U-Punch, knee, headbutt and ground kick. It's vicious fast and smart. Tell me what you think of it.

ATACX GYM Crashing Wings Pt 2 Bear Hug Defense

This is a pretty popular video series I have going on, and it's been pretty controversial to my more traditionally minded Kenpo brethren. However, when tested side by side against actually resisting opponents who shift between striking grappling using weapons and bringing in their friends to stomp you, my version worked far better than the current traditional version used by most Kenpoists for this sequence. I'm not disparaging the "traditional" expression. If you want to do that? Go ahead and have fun. But which is more effective when you compare your expression to mine? Be openminded and see what conclusions you reach.

ATACX GYM CRASHING WINGS RADIUS R D L

This expression of ours is highly effective and not at all what most Kenpo schools teach their students. I go through the steps showing the differences between what we do and what they do in this video. I hope you enjoy it, like the video and comment us. Thanks.

ATACX GYM LONE KIMONO RADIUS R.D.L. VS EPAK LONE KIMONO PT. 1

I reposted this video because it's one of the more overlooked videos in my video library, and that's a real mistake. There's a lot of quality info in this video. Please watch the video like and comment. Thank you.

ATACX GYM DOUBLE SALUTE RADIUS R.D.L.

Another one of the unique self defense sequences in my ATACX GYM. Very effective use of what we call The Power Frame to halt the oncoming bear hug. Also the strategic use of my stance unbalances my opponent and the explosive movement I make through his center of gravity combined with the double heel palm push off easily drops a man who is 100 pounds heavier, six inches taller, and a fellow martial arts instructor...William, head instructor of Shark Karate in Bellflower CA

ATACX GYM CAPOEIRA BASIC HOCKEY PUNCH DEFENSE 1

This is one of 3 capoeira counters to the lapel grab/Hockey Punch that I use alot. I will show you in action how capoeira defends against weapons, tackles, throws, strikes and combinations of all of these from the clinch and lapel grab...using purely capoeira techniques and movements. I hope you enjoy and comment both this blog and the video! We truly would appreciate your support! Thank you

ATACX GYM LONE KIMONO RADIUS R.D.L. VS EPAK LONE KIMONO IP

A Lone Kimono that works against multiple real world attacks WITH THE SAME TECHNIQUE NOTHING DIFFERENT is imho much superior to a Lone Kimono which MIGHT work against ONE attack...if your opponent helps you by being passive.
